Hiring: Training Manager


We are looking for a Training Manager to oversee and manage the execution of our SAP and IT training programs. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple training initiatives while ensuring high-quality learning experiences for our clients.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of SAP and IT training programs.
  • Coordinate with instructors and clients to ensure smooth scheduling, availability of training materials, and proper resource allocation.
  • Oversee training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and online session management.
  • Ensure excellent client satisfaction by providing prompt support and resolving any issues.
  • Monitor training quality, gather feedback, and implement necessary improvements.
  • Develop and present training program proposals to corporate clients.
  • Support the sales team by providing training-related insights and assisting in client discussions when needed.


Qualifications and Requirements


  • Proven experience in training management, coordination, or client relations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple training programs and stakeholders effectively.
  • Background in SAP or IT training is an advantage.
  • Experience in developing and delivering corporate training proposals.
