Job Title: Head Accountant

Location: Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos

Salary: N250,000 Gross Monthly

We are a growing accounting firm in Nigeria providing Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Tax services to companies in Nigeria and the US. As part of a group of companies, we are seeking a Head Accountant to lead our accounting operations and support financial control across the business.

Requirements

Minimum of B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent)

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax, cost control, and internal controls

Must be IT savvy

Experience with SAP or Odoo Accounting is an advantage, or willingness to learn and support accounting system implementation

Willingness to learn the use of AI tools for complex financial statements and reporting

Must have used common LLMs such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar

Strong analytical, supervisory, and problem-solving skills

Must be honest, smart, responsible, dedicated, hardworking, and profit-oriented

Ability to coordinate accounting technicians and interns effectively

Ability to work across WAT and CST time zones

Key Responsibilities

Lead the accounting function for the firm and associated companies

Prepare financial statements, management reports, and other accounting reports

Supervise junior accounting staff, technicians, and interns

Maintain cost control and strong internal financial processes

Support bookkeeping, tax compliance, reconciliations, and reporting

Drive accounting system improvement and technology adoption

Contribute to profitability and sound financial decision-making

We are seeking a highly creative and intelligent Digital Content Creator & Video Editor to produce engaging corporate videos, promotional content, and social media adverts. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for storytelling, be able to visualize concepts, and transform ideas into high-quality digital content suitable for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social networks.

This role is ideal for someone who is innovative, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and produce high-quality corporate videos and digital content

• Develop engaging short-form video content (minimum of 10 pieces daily)

• Conceptualize and visualize creative ideas for promotions, adverts, and brand storytelling

• Optimize content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand and marketing goals

• Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity
