We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead revenue growth across a group of independent companies operating in professional services, technology, travel services, media, hospitality, and legal services.
Each company within the group is a separately registered limited liability company under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Nigeria, with its own management structure, financial reporting, and balance sheet. At the group level, these companies operate under a shared strategic management structure to coordinate growth, marketing, and revenue performance.
The CRO will operate at the Group Management Level, responsible for developing and executing integrated revenue, sales, and marketing strategies across all companies, while working closely with each business unit manager to achieve individual company revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Group Companies / Business Lines
The group consists of several independently registered companies providing services in the following sectors:
1. Enterprise Software Solutions
- Sales, implementation, support, and training for ERP solutions including Odoo and SAP.
2. Travel and Migration Services
- Visa processing, travel advisory, tours, work permits, and migration services to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
3. Accounting, Audit, and Tax Advisory Services
- Professional accounting services for individuals and corporate clients.
- Tax advisory, computation, and regulatory filing including:
- Personal Income Tax (PIT)
- Company Income Tax (CIT)
- Value Added Tax (VAT)
- Compliance with FIRS, NRS, and State Internal Revenue Services.
4. Digital Media and Events
- Social media management and digital marketing campaigns.
- Media production, brand promotion, and event management.
5. Hospitality and Mobility Services
- Shortlet apartment operations located in Ikeja, Lagos.
- Vehicle hire and rental services.
6. Legal Services (Law Chambers)
- Corporate legal advisory services.
- Litigation and legal representation for individuals and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement group-wide revenue strategies aligned with the growth objectives of each company within the group.
- Establish monthly and annual revenue targets for each entity and monitor performance against targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams across the group’s service portfolio.
Sales Leadership
- Lead and manage Sales and Revenue Officers assigned to each company.
- Develop sales frameworks, performance KPIs, and revenue forecasting models.
- Build scalable sales pipelines and client acquisition strategies.
Marketing Oversight
- Oversee and manage the group marketing budget across all entities.
- Improve and implement integrated digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Ensure brand positioning and messaging are aligned across the group.
CRM & Systems Implementation
- Participate in the implementation and optimization of Odoo CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Invoicing systems across the group.
- Ensure the effective use of CRM systems to track leads, conversions, and revenue performance.
Business Collaboration
- Work closely with business unit managers and professional teams in each company to ensure alignment between sales promises and service delivery.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new sales and marketing executives.
Financial & Performance Management
- Monitor revenue, margins, and profitability across the group’s companies.
- Prepare revenue forecasts, performance reports, and growth recommendations for executive management.
- Support strategic decisions that improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Education
- Minimum BSc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in sales leadership, revenue management, or business development roles.
- Experience in selling consulting, professional services, or technology solutions is highly desirable.
Technical Competencies
- Strong understanding of sales operations, marketing strategy, and revenue performance management.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP, or similar systems.
- Good understanding of financial metrics, profitability, and business performance analysis.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary
- ₦250,000 Gross Monthly + performance Commission.
