Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all payments made to Uranium Technologies Limited for training programs, consulting services, implementation projects, software solutions, certifications, and other professional services.

1. Training Programs

Participants may submit a written refund request up to seven (7) calendar days before the official commencement date of a training program.

  • Refund requests received more than seven (7) days before the training start date may be eligible for a refund, subject to administrative and processing charges.
  • Refund requests received less than seven (7) days before the commencement date shall not be eligible for a refund.
  • Participants may, at the sole discretion of Uranium Technologies Limited, be allowed to defer their enrollment to a future training cohort instead of receiving a refund.

After Training Commencement

Once any of the following has occurred, all fees paid become non-refundable:

  • Attendance of any training session;
  • Access to online learning platforms or resources;
  • Receipt of training materials;
  • Participation in workshops, practical sessions, assessments, or examinations.

This policy applies regardless of a participant's attendance level, withdrawal from the program, personal circumstances, or inability to complete the training.

 

2. Certification and Examination Fees

Payments made for:

l   SAP certifications

l   Vendor certifications

l   Examination registrations

l   Third-party assessment fees

are strictly non-refundable.

3. Consulting and Implementation Projects

For consulting, ERP implementation, software deployment, project management, and related professional services:

Project Commencement

A project is deemed commenced once any of the following occurs:

l   Project kickoff meeting.

l   Resource allocation.

l   Requirements gathering.

l   Planning and design activities.

l   Configuration or development work.

l   Delivery of consulting services.

Once a project has commenced, payments for completed work, allocated resources, and professional services rendered are non-refundable.

Client-Initiated Cancellation

Where a client cancels a project after commencement, Uranium Technologies Limited reserves the right to retain payments covering:

Software, Licenses and Third-Party Products

Payments made for:

l   Software licenses

l   Cloud subscriptions

l   Hardware procurement

l   Third-party products

l   Vendor registrations

l   External service subscriptions

are non-refundable once ordered, activated, provisioned, or delivered.

4. Duplicate Payments and Billing Errors

Refunds may be approved where:

l   Duplicate payments were made.

l   An over-payment occurred.

l   A verified billing error originated from Uranium Technologies Limited.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall be processed within 14 to 30 business days after approval.

Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, banking institution, or payment method used.

Right to Reject Refund Requests

Uranium Technologies Limited reserves the right to reject refund requests where:

l   Services have been rendered.

l   Resources have been allocated.

l   Training materials have been distributed.

l   Project activities have commenced.

l   Costs have been incurred on behalf of the client.

Acceptance of Policy

By making payment for any service, training program, consulting engagement, software solution, or project offered by Uranium Technologies Limited, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
