Training Programs
Enrollment in any training program is confirmed only after payment has been received.

Completion of training does not guarantee employment, certification, or professional advancement.
Project Delivery

Payments
All invoices are payable according to agreed payment schedules.

All training materials, methodologies, software configurations, documentation, course content, proposals, presentations, and proprietary frameworks remain the intellectual property of Uranium Technologies Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No material may be reproduced, distributed, copied, sold, or shared without written permission.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business, technical, financial, and operational information disclosed during engagements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uranium Technologies Limited shall not be liable for:

l Business interruption
l Data loss
l Missed business opportunities
l Third-party service failures
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Uranium Technologies Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where:

l Payments remain outstanding.
l Continued engagement becomes commercially impractical.
Governing Law
