Sales & Customer Service Executive

We are looking to hire two female NYSC corps members for the role of Sales & Customer Service Executive. This role is suitable for confident, intelligent, well spoken individuals who are sales driven, quick to learn, comfortable speaking on camera, and able to work with little or no supervision.
Role Summary
The Sales & Customer Service Executive will handle customer inquiries, speak with prospects, follow up on leads, join client meetings, and help close sales across multiple companies. The role is both sales focused and customer service focused, meaning the same person will speak to customers, answer questions, manage follow ups, and actively work toward converting prospects into paying clients.
Responsibilities
- Speak with prospects and customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, CRM, and virtual meetings.
- Join video meetings with clients, managers, and internal teams when required.
- Follow up with leads consistently until they are converted or properly closed.
- Answer customer inquiries professionally and explain company products/services clearly.
- Work across multiple businesses, each with different products, services, and customer types.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow ups, customer conversations, and sales progress in the CRM.
- Work according to U.S. Central Time, since the businesses are not based in Nigeria.
- Stay sales-focused and target-driven throughout the work period.
Must Have
- Must be a female NYSC corps member currently serving in Lagos.
- Must be able to commit at least 10 months to the role.
- Must be eloquently spoken, confident, intelligent, and professional.
- Must not be camera shy.
- Must be comfortable making calls and joining frequent video meetings.
- Must be quick to learn and easy to teach
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
- Must be sales driven and focused on closing deals.
- Must be comfortable working across multiple companies and industries.
- Must be willing to work during U.S. Central Time hours.

- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills

Our Product
Compensation
This is a performance based sales and customer service role. The selected candidates will receive a basic structure plus commission on successful sales. Depending on performance and sales closed, candidates may earn an additional ₦100,000 to ₦500,000 monthly through commissions.

The ideal candidate is a serious, confident, well spoken female corps member who wants to grow in sales, customer service, business communication, and client management. She must be comfortable speaking to people daily, joining meetings, following up with leads, and doing whatever is professionally required to help close sales.
